A commonly overlooked area of a scooter’s transmission is the rear pulley assembly, which can offer vastly improved performance by fitting a Malossi torque driver.

The Malossi torque driver has been designed with recalculated pivot grooves to allow maximum acceleration with a progressive and smooth power delivery. It is highly recommended that the torque driver is fitted along with a Malossi variator and Kevlar drive belt to ensure the best possible performance.

The torque drivers are manufactured from special nitride steels to ensure a long life and have been extensively tested on the race circuit. Each torque driver has been developed on CAD-CAM systems specifically for the machine that is designed to fit, ensuring the best possible performance.
