Replacing a 4-stroke cylinder kit on a scooter is normally a costly affair, with the OE parts often running to several hundred pounds. VE has introduced two new cylinder kits to help reduce the overall cost.

Piaggio Leader 125 air cooled (VS19306): The new cylinder kit is manufactured from cast iron and includes cylinder, piston, rings, piston pin, piston circlips, top end gasket set, and two valve seals. The cylinder is a direct replacement for Piaggio part number 831975.

Suitable for the following models:
Aprilia: Habana 125 Retro 2004-2007, Sportcity One, SR Motard.
Benelli: Adiva 125.
Peugeot: Looxor 125.
Piaggio: Fly 125, Liberty 125, Skipper 125 ST, Typhoon 125 4T, Zip 125 4T.
Vespa: ET4 2000 on, LX 125, S 125.

Honda PCX125/SH125i ABS (VB15364): Manufactured from aluminium with a cast iron liner, the cylinder kit includes: cylinder, piston, rings, piston circlips, piston pin, and a top end gaskets set. The cylinder kit is a direct replacement for Honda part numbers 12100KZR600 (cylinder) and 13111KWM900 (piston).

Suitable for the following models:
Honda: PCX 125, SH125i ABS 2013 on.
