Tri-Motive has joined the Oxford group of companies, which includes Oxford Products UK (motorcycle & cycle divisions) and Oxford Products USA.

A minority shareholding will be retained by founders Stefan Rees and Alex Orazietti and the remaining shares will be owned by Oxford Products Ltd.

The company will continue to be run from its existing Swansea HQ.

Tri-Motive will benefit from additional resources to accelerate the growth of its various brands. These include ARMR Moto sports apparel, MT helmets, Renntec and Carbon Energized.

Andrew Hammond, managing director of Oxford Products explains: “I am delighted to welcome Tri-Motive to the group. Although the Oxford team will have an entirely hands-off relationship with the day-to-day running of the business, we will enjoy offering the support and the resources that Stefan and Alex need to fulfil Tri-Motive’s potential.
