Weston Beach Race title sponsor, HydroGarden, will have its own team in the upcoming annual beach racing fest held over the weekend of October 13th and 14th, in the guise of the HydroGarden Honda Race Team.

The team will comprise Alex Snow, Luke Hawkins and Howard Wainwright and will run alongside the Buildbase Honda Team, which is also supported by HydroGarden and fields both British MX1 Champion Graeme Irwin and MX2-ace Martin Barr.

Former Grand Prix motocross turned enduro star Snow will be joined by another former motocross star Hawkins, who will be contesting the new Honda CRF 450RX in HydroGarden Honda livery. Wainwright is part of the next generation of youth talent. Having recently been crowned the British Youth National Open Motocross Champion, the youngster is bouncing into the off-season having had an incredible year.

Dave Thorpe commented, “We are really looking forward to the event and the riders are ready; Alex won the British Enduro Championship this year and Luke was in the top 10 last year at the beach race. We are looking forward to being a part of the HydroGarden team with Honda’s new CRF 450RX, which will also be the bike Graeme Irwin and Martin Barr will be racing on. HydroGarden is a valued partner of the Buildbase Honda team and will continue this relationship into 2018. It’s great for them to have a team on the beach with their huge involvement with the event, and there is a good possibility of strong results.”
