The Arenacross Youth Experience powered by Dualways opened its doors to thousands of adrenaline-hungry motorsports yesterday at the Goodwood Festival of Speed in West Sussex.The Dualways Amped A60 and A16 balance bikes and 10TEN MX-RS e-bikes will be available in the Arenacross Youth Experience arena, giving younger Goodwood visitors the chance to try out a number of exciting and easy-to-ride electric-powered motorcycles.
Many of these riders will be taking to powered two-wheels for the first time and once kitted up, with all the requisite FLY Clothing safety gear, they will get the opportunity to ride on a purpose-built Arenacross-style track with twists, turns, whoops and manageable jumps in the mix, providing a real challenge for the young thrill-seekers.
Another popular element of the event is the Goodwood Action Sports (GAS) in which world-class MX, FMX, BMX, MTB and Trials athletes compete to impress the crowds with action-packed performances and gravity-defying tricks.Running alongside the GAS zone, and just a short walk from the famous Goodwood hill climb, the Arenacross Youth Experience will be open every day with several have-a-go sessions on offer throughout the event.
The Goodwood car parks open at 6.30am, with public admission from 7.00am. The first Arenacross Youth Experience sessions start from 8.am with half-hour slots per rider until 5pm daily.
