The distributor has introduced a drop ship facility across its portfolio of brands – RST, Arai, AGV, Wolf and Motul lubricants - thus ensuring its trade customers can continue to keep supporting their customers. It also saves dealers the hassle of reshipping time and costs.

How the MotoDirect drop ship scheme works;

1. Dealer takes phone or online order and payment from customer.
2. The dealer then places an order on the MotoDirect B2B ordering portal and changes the shipping address to the      customer’s address.
3. The order is fulfilled in MotoDirect's warehouse and shipped out on behalf of the dealer to the buyer’s address.
4. The carriers MotoDirect are using are offering a contact-free delivery option upon delivery. The carriers ask for the recipient’s name and sign on their behalf with COVID-19 written next to it on the POD.
