Essex-based Quadbikes R Us has a vacancy for a motorcycle technician to work in its large fully-functional workshop in Great Totham.

QBRUS represents multiple leading franchises, all of which are very productive in bringing out new models, which means new and exciting products are frequently passing through the QBRUS doors. The company is looking for an enthusiastic technician, with a passion for quad bikes, motorcycles, buggies and basically most things mechanical. Applicants should also have plenty of get-up-and-go, care about the company, be loyal and trustworthy and, most importantly, have a sense of humour.

The position would involve the building and PDI of new vehicles, repairs, servicing and sometimes liaising with customers. The ability to strip and rebuild an engine is a necessity, and confidence with electrical work would be beneficial. QBRUS has a large, bespoke dyno room with a twin roller rolling road and so the job would be ideal for a technician interested in tuning and re-mapping - training will be given. Applicants would also be required to hold a full driving licence and have basic computer skills.

No two days are the same at Quadbikes R Us. Teamwork is key and all staff often ‘muck in’ to help each other.
